New Objects Available in Global Navigation

What is it?

When any of the new HubSpot objects (Appointments, Courses, Listings, Services) are enabled in the object library, they will appear for all users in the global navigation in the CRM section. If an object is disabled, it will be hidden across HubSpot (including the global navigation). These objects can be enabled in all HubSpot portals.

How does it work?

Super admins can navigate to settings> object library to enable a particular object. Once an object is enabled, it will be visible to all users under the CRM section of the global navigation.

User Time Zones for Marketing Content Scheduling and Marketing Index Pages

What is it?

We're excited to announce the rollout of the User Time Zone feature, the first step toward a seamless time zone experience across HubSpot. You can now set your preferred time zone for Marketing Content Scheduling (email, social, and SMS) and Marketing Index Pages. Our aim is to expand this feature throughout the platform for consistent time zone experiences, and we'll keep you updated on developments.

How does it work?

With this release, we're improving how you manage your time settings. By default, your time zone will automatically align with the location of your device. However, you can adjust this setting if needed. Here's how:

  1. In-App Adjustment: Wherever the "User Time Zone" feature is available, you'll find a helpful tool tip. Clicking on it will provide a link to change your time zone. For this release, this feature is available on the marketing index pages for email, social, and SMS, as well as within the marketing content scheduling experience for these same platforms.
  2. User Preferences: You can also update your time zone from your User Record by navigating to Preferences > Profile.

With these settings, all times displayed on the Marketing Index Pages and during Marketing Content Scheduling (email, social, SMS) will reflect your chosen time zone, giving you a more intuitive experience.

Undo’ action for property edits on property list cards

What is it?

We’ve enhanced the property editing experience for property list cards that appear in the middle pane of the record page. Now, users will see a save status component in the bottom-left of their screen with an 'undo' action. Clicking 'undo' will revert the most recent edit to the property.

How does it work?

When you click into properties in a property list card and edit them, the new status component & undo action will be shown.

Configure Leads and Deals Tabs in the Sales Workspace

What is it?

Admins can access the sales workspace settings to configure which of their users are able to see the Leads and Deals tabs.

How does it work?

Go to HubSpot Settings > Tools > Sales Workspace, where admins can configure which sets of users and teams will be excluded from seeing the Leads and Deals tab.

High Priority and Sequence Tasks on Summary page

You can now view high-priority and sequence tasks as separate modules at the top of the summary page in the sales workspace. This makes it more visible and accessible by separating it from the Guided Actions. For high-priority tasks, users can select between different time horizons like Today, Tomorrow, Next Week, etc.

How does it work?

On the summary page in the sales workspace, high-priority and sequence tasks are displayed as separate modules from guided actions.

Import Find & Replace

We've evolved our invalid enumeration option remapping tools to now support more generic "find and replace" functionality. This supports the original enumeration option remapping functionality, and enables users to take any value in their spreadsheet and replace it with a different value.

How does it work?

On the mapping step, you'll now see an "Edit Column Values" button upon hovering over the preview information column of the mapping table.

Clicking this option, you'll now see that you can take any value found in the first one thousand rows of your file, and replace it with a value of your choosing. In the below example, we're taking the value "Steph" in the First Name column of your import, and replacing it with "Stephon".

We state how many rows in the first 1000 rows of your file have the value you'll replace. The replacement value will take effect across all instances of the column value in your file (including values beyond the first 1000 rows).

A few other things to note:

  • Clicking the options menu to the right, you'll be able to remove a replacement that you created, or choose to simply not import a column value in your file.
  • The option to open the error side modal by clicking on the yellow errors icon in the "Mapped" column of the mapping table is still there, and provides you with information on your error, plus the ability to replace column values.
  • We will continue to surface for you on the post-import screen which edits you made to your imported data via our remapping tools.
