Tap to edit a property on iOS

You can now edit records by tapping on a property record in the About tab on iOS. This update enables users to edit properties faster and in fewer clicks.

How does it work?

To edit a property, go to the About tab on a record.

Open a record and tap on the About tab

Then tap on the property you'd like to edit to open the edit window.

Anniversary Filters

Customers can now create filters for recurring events, such as birthdays and anniversaries, using date properties that do not require a specific year.

How does it work?

Previously, generating a list to email contacts about subscription renewals after one year of using your product or service was not feasible.

Now, with anniversary filters, you can effortlessly create these lists by selecting your date property, choosing the appropriate operator, and selecting either "exact anniversary date" or "relative date anniversary" based on the chosen operator.

Custom Remix Templates

You can now save your own Remix templates directly inside of Content Remix. With templates, you can create reusable patterns for repurposing and distributing your content—including both content outputs and their corresponding attributes—that can be shared across your team. As team members publish new content, there's no guesswork about how they should repurpose it.

How does it work?

Users will be able to save their Remixes as reusable templates directly in the Remix editor.

  • Open a past Remix or select Start Remixing from the home screen to create a new Remix.
  • Add the content outputs that you would like to reuse in your template and set the appropriate attributes.
    • Note that setting attributes is a great way to reuse prompts, objectives, and custom instructions your organization often uses.
  • Select Save as Template in the upper-right corner.
  • Give your template a recognizable name and description.

Then, when you need to repurpose new content in the same way, you can navigate to Saved Templates from the Remix homepage, select your template, use your new piece of content as the starting content, and select Generate–no need to rebuild your favorite Remixes a second time!


Tasks in the Sales Workspace

Manage all your HubSpot tasks directly within the Sales Workspace. Search, sort, and organize everything without ever leaving your workflow. Keeps sales reps focused in one place by bringing comprehensive task management capabilities directly into the sales workspace. This eliminates the need to switch between different apps to manage tasks in HubSpot.

How does it work?

Look for the new Tasks tab within your Sales Workspace. You'll find familiar search, sorting, and filtering tools to help you stay organized.

HubSpot is constantly working to improve your Sales Workspace, so keep an eye out for exciting new task management enhancements coming soon!

Editable default cards and cloning cards on records

You can now customize records pages even further by editing default cards and cloning default and customized cards, providing more flexibility, control, and consistency. Updates to default cards will be reflected across all views the card appears in. You can also clone cards to copy details in a new instance.

How does it work?

As an admin on any of HubSpot’s products, you can customize the record page. On any object type:

  • Navigate to the Record Customization tab in Settings.
  • Select "Default view" to customize the view for all users.

In addition to everything you can customize on the record page today, you can now:

  • Edit default cards: When opening a default card in the card builder panel, all fields are editable other than Internal Name and other required properties. Any customization to default cards should be reflected in all existing views the default card is currently in, as well as any new views created.
  • Clone CRM cards: Clone a copy of the card through the card actions menu.
  • Revert the cards to the original default settings: Reset a default card through the card actions menu after saving customizations when needed.
