Dynamic Sequences

A new type of sequence that leads with automation and creates manual task steps only for contacts who are engaging with your initial outreach.

How does it work?

Users will see a new option when creating a sequence: Dynamic sequence. Dynamic sequences start with a series of automated emails meant to warm up a lead. If a contact opens an email two or more times or clicks a link in an email, the sequence will immediately switch to create manual tasks.

Within the builder, users can configure two paths within the sequence: one for automated outreach to the contact and a second path for the contacts who engage with the automated outreach. Within the rep-led path, users can configure what steps they'd like to execute when a contact engages with them.

Users can enroll contacts as usual - using automation or manually. Performance can be monitored within the performance tab of the sequence, including insights on every step of the sequence.

 

Image support for AI case study generation

When you use Breeze to generate case studies in HubSpot, any images you upload with your customer documentation will now be automatically analyzed and added to the case study template.

How does it work?

To upload images:

  1. G-o to Content > Case Studies in the left sidebar.
  2. Click Start with AI in the top-right corner to launch the Breeze wizard.
  3. During the file upload step, include any images, logos, and supporting documentation.

Breeze will automatically analyze and place images in the appropriate modules of the case study template:

  • Logos will be added to the customer logo module
  • Images will be placed into the "Logo" or "About this Company" image modules

If no specific placement is detected, your image will be set as the featured image.

To edit images:

Just like with text recommendations, you can easily swap or edit the suggested images if needed.

  1. Click the image in the case study template to open the module.
  2. Click Replace above the image.
  3. Select another image from your library or add another image.

Improved property archive experience

You can now archive properties on index page views without removing them from each view.

How does it work?

Object > Settings > Properties > More > Archive

The new archive experience will display two categories:

  1. Assets preventing archiving: References to the property must be removed from these assets before the property can be archived.
  2. Other assets using this property: You can archive the property without removing its references from these assets.

As part of the enhanced archive experience, you can now view whether a property is used in CRM record page cards (data highlight card, property lists). You will not be prevented from archiving properties used in cards.

 

The new archive experience will also display additional information about the lists and workflows a property is used in, specifically:

  • Workflow status: On/Off
  • List status: Active/Static

This information can be used to better understand how a property is being used across HubSpot.

 

The status information will be shown when editing a property as well.
