You can now import existing podcast shows into HubSpot's podcast app by using your RSS feed. This new import feature allows you to seamlessly transfer your podcast episodes and metadata from other platforms into HubSpot.

HubSpot is levelling up notifications on mobile!
Update the app to enjoy extended notification availability in the notification center for 7 days - an increase from the previous 24-hour limit! The update also introduces new filtering options, allowing users to view unread notifications and sort by date received, providing greater control and organization.
The platform wants to make sure you never miss an important notification on mobile. This update extends the lifespan of mobile notifications from 24 hours to 7 days, so you’ll have the same experience on the go as you do on the web the mobile experience with the web platform.
To make sure it’s easy to find what you need, the platform also added new filtering and sorting options, so you can organize and manage your notifications efficiently.
Once you update your app, you’ll start to see 7 days’ of notifications in the notification centre.
You can sort by date order ascending or descending by tapping ‘Sort by date received’. and filter unread notifications by tapping on ‘Filter by’ at the top of the screen.
Setting up your brand voice in HubSpot is easier than ever. Simply enter your website URL, and HubSpot will extract and analyze your website content to define your brand's unique tone and personality.
In addition to existing options like uploading a writing sample, you can also enter your website URL and HubSpot will extract and analyze your brand voice from your web content. This option makes it even easier to create a brand voice that aligns with your existing content so you can maintain a consistent tone across all your communications.
During brand voice set-up, you have the option of adding a website URL along with other assets. When you enter a URL, HubSpot’s content web crawler scans the page and extracts relevant text to analyze your brand’s tone and style. This extracted content is then used to establish your brand voice.
If a website blocks web crawlers, the content cannot be retrieved, and you’ll need to use another method, such as uploading or pasting a writing sample.

Super admins can now subscribe to email notifications for Product Updates. By subscribing, admins receive a weekly e-mail with information on the latest betas and upcoming releases.
HubSpot is continually releasing new features to help our customers grow better. These updates are published to the Product Updates page, but it can be challenging for admins to keep up with the influx of changes, especially without direct communication. This can result in significant changes going unnoticed, potentially disrupting users' workflows in HubSpot.
The Weekly Product Updates Roundup bridges this gap by providing admins with direct communication about the latest betas and upcoming changes to their account, ensuring they stay informed and prepared.
The second way to subscribe is through the Account Defaults tab. Go to Settings > Account Defaults > Feature Releases and check the box for "Email Notifications". You can also go directly there using the link in the top right corner of the Product Updates page.
Product Updates:
As businesses grow, managing duplicate records becomes increasingly complex. By providing granular control over property selection during merges, this new tool allows users to maintain data integrity with precision.
It offers the flexibility to tailor the merge process to specific business needs, ensuring that every data consolidation aligns perfectly with your organization's data management strategy.
To access this functionality, customers should navigate to a record page within HubSpot. Customers will now see a new modal when they attempt to merge, replacing the previous version.
This enhanced interface allows you to review the properties of records side-by-side and select the winning properties for your final, merged record.
By choosing which data points to keep, you can ensure that the most accurate and up-to-date information is preserved during the merge process.
HubSpot now automatically saves property edits made on the CRM index page.
This feature streamlines data entry by reducing clicks and automatically saving information, increasing efficiency and minimizing data loss for CRM users.
When users edit properties on the index page, they no longer need to click ‘Save’. Instead, they’ll see a ‘Save’ status notification at the bottom-left of the screen, indicating when changes are saved.
If you need to undo a property edit, you can click ‘undo’ within the save status component. You can undo your most recent change.
Duration formats for calculated properties, including 'time since' and 'time until' properties, have been improved.
Previously, durations were displayed in days until 12 years.
Now, durations will be displayed in months until 2.5 years, days until 3 months, and hours until 1 day.
Durations under 2.5 hours won't change - they will show in minutes until 2.5 hours, and seconds until 2.5 minutes.
Additionally, decimals will be shown for years, months, days, and hours.
These changes will make working with durations easier and faster, since you won't have to do as much mental math to convert days to months and years.
